Exercise Physiology

Exercise Physiologists are equipped with the knowledge and skills to prescribe and deliver safe and effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapists help people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice. 

Physiotherapists are trained to assess your condition, diagnose the problem, and help you understand what’s wrong. Your treatment plan will consider your lifestyle, activities and general health.

Dietetics

Accredited Practising Dietitians are experts in food, nutrition, eating behaviours and encourage a good relationship with food. They have the knowledge to help people with managing diabetes,  PCOS, high cholesterol, Indigenous Australian health, gastrointestinal conditions, food allergies, eating disorders, cancer, plant-based diets, enteral feeding and more. 

Our dietitians will consider your personal goals, medical history, culture, dietary preferences, lifestyle and social aspects of enjoying food when providing individualised advice and strategies.

Exercise Science

Exercise Scientists are university qualified professionals with high level training in exercise and sports science. They are equipped with the knowledge and skills to improve health, fitness, wellbeing, performance, and assist in the prevention of chronic conditions.

You’ll find an exercise scientist working in a range of environments, including:

  • Education, policy and program planning in schools and government
  • Coaching and training in sport

Remedial Massage Therapy

Remedial & Sports Massage Therapy play an important role in helping us perform at our best, help us recover and assists in the prevention of injuries. It is also ideal for treating chronic pain, muscle imbalances (which can be due to past injuries and poor postural patterns) and conditions such as headaches and migraines. 

Remedial Massage, when compared to Therapeutic Massage, is a clinical approach to treating musculoskeletal conditions. Methods such as postural analysis, gait analysis, deep tissue and fascia release, stretching (passive and active), trigger point therapy, Dry Needling and Myofascial cupping are used in a treatment. 

Onero

Osteoporosis, Osteopenia and other bone health related health conditions. 

Onero™ is an evidence-based exercise programme designed specifically to prevent osteoporotic fracture by stimulating bone development and preventing falls in at-risk individuals. The evidence on which the Onero program is based is derived from the findings of the LIFTMOR randomised controlled trial published in the JBMR. The exercise protocol is targeted specifically to bone, being brief but high intensity.

Our allied health team including Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Dietitians come to your home to provide the specialised care. 

Telehealth

If you are unable to make it to our facility our specialised allied health team can provide your care via your computer, phone or device.
